By using MehndiSathi, you agree to these Terms. The core promise: our platform is free, your images stay private, and we respect your creativity. In return, please use the platform responsibly and don't misuse it.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MehndiSathi website and AR preview platform ("Service") operated by Girijee Tech Innovation Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Service.

The Service is provided free of charge. No account registration is required to use the core features.
The mehndi design patterns included in our library are original vector artworks created by or licensed to Girijee Tech Innovation Private Limited. They are provided for personal preview use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute these designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
When you upload your own design images for preview, you retain full ownership of those images. You grant us no rights to your uploaded images — they remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Preview images you save (your hand + our design overlay) are for your personal reference. You may share them for non-commercial purposes (e.g., sending to your artist). Commercial redistribution of our design patterns is not permitted.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key privacy commitment: your images never leave your device.
Preview Accuracy: The AR preview is an approximation for reference purposes. Actual mehndi results will vary depending on the artist, henna quality, skin type, and application technique. MehndiSathi previews are not guarantees of final results.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Girijee Tech Innovation Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on design previews.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
Our platform uses Google MediaPipe (for AI hand detection) and Google Fonts. Use of these services is subject to Google's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hooghly, West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms, without notice or liability.
